Be discreet: Don't advertise your plans or personal information.
Keep all personal items (cash, etc.) out of view from other people.
Report broken or damaged property (school or personal).
Don't apprehend or try to approach an individual who is confrontational.
Trust your instincts - if something or someone makes you uncomfortable, leave or avoid the person.
Avoid dark or secluded areas of the building.
If someone seems to be following you, turn in the opposite direction or walk towards a group of people.
Do not store financial information on USB/floppy disks that will be used in school.
